Dynamex Inc. to Be Acquired by Affiliates of Greenbriar Equity Group for $237.8M

Dynamex Inc. DDMX announced today it has accepted an increased offer to be acquired by an affiliate of Greenbriar Equity Group LLC for a price of $24.00 per share, or approximately $237.8 million. The price per share offered by Greenbriar matched the price per share included in a modified proposal that the Company had received from the “excluded party” referred to in the press release issued by the Company on November 23, 2010.
