Google GOOG is said to be close to buying Groupon, to the tune of around $6 billion. Maybe Groupon will give me a coupon for Google shares if I sign up. Seagate STX announced last night it ended talks to go private. I wouldn't pay for it to be public, private or even exist. Toyota TM announced it will recall 650,000 Prius Hybrids to fix a heat problem. Yea, this doesn't bode well for them.
