Benzinga's Top ETF Gainers (SOXL, DAG, ERX, EDC)

Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares SOXL led the gainers among the ETFs today, with an increase of 9.59%. In the semiconductor space, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD gained 3.02%, and Novellus Systems, Inc. NVLS added 3.08%. PowerShares DB Agriculture Double Long ETN DAG spiked 9.03%, as wheat traded sharply higher today. Wheat jumped approximately 8% on weather fears, and on the news of demand from Egypt. Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X Shares(ETF) ERX traded higher on Wednesday, along with the energy sector. ERX gained 8.37%, and Schlumberger Limited SLB spiked 4.54%. Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3x Shares(ETF) EDC closed 8.14% higher today, as Vale (ADR) VALE gained 3.66%, and Rio Tinto plc (ADR) RIO added 3.74%.
