CAI International, Inc. Announces Public Offering of 2.7M Shares

CAI International, Inc. CAP, today announced, subject to market and other conditions, a public offering of approximately 2,703,356 shares of its common stock, of which 1,351,678 shares are being offered by the Company and 1,351,678 shares of which are being offered by Development Bank of Japan Inc. and Mr. Hiromitsu Ogawa, CAI International's founder and Chairman. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 65,422 shares of common stock from the Company and 340,082 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments, if any.
