Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares Dividend of $.45

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation CLI today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per common share for the period October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. The dividend will be paid on January 14, 2011 to shareholders of record as of January 5, 2011. The Board also declared a cash dividend on the Company's 8 percent Series C cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock equal to $0.50 per depositary share for the period October 15, 2010 through January 14, 2011. The dividend will be paid on January 14, 2011 to shareholders of record as of January 5, 2011.
