Lawson Products Increases Dividend 4 Cents to $.12

Directors of Lawson Products, Inc., LAWS today announced a dividend of $0.12 per share on common shares, an increase of $0.04 from the previous quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable January 18, 2011, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2011.
