Outdoor Channel Holdings Declares Special Dividend of $.25

Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. OUTD today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash distribution of $0.25 per share to shareholders. The distribution will be payable on December 30, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 20, 2010.
