Overhill Farms Reports FY EPS of $.47

Overhill Farms, Inc. OFI today reported net revenues of $194.5 million for the fiscal year ended September 26, 2010, and net income of $7.6 million or $0.48 per basic and $0.47 per diluted common share. This compares to net revenues of $209.9 million, and net income of $8.3 million or $0.52 per basic share and diluted common share, for the year ended September 27, 2009.
