Dow Electronic Materials Breaks Ground for Its Manufacturing Facility in China

Dow Electronic Materials, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company DOW, broke ground on its new Eastern China manufacturing facility. The new facility is located at the company's Zhangjiagang site in JiangSu Province, approximately 98 kilometers from Shanghai. It will meet the growing demand for materials for printed circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, and photovoltaic markets in Asia. Start-up is planned for late 2011.
