Platts to Acquire BENTEK Energy

Platts, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. MHP, today announced an agreement to acquire BENTEK Energy, LLC, a privately held energy market analytics company headquartered in Evergreen, Colorado. The purchase price was not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be completed in early 2011. Following the closing, BENTEK will continue to operate under its current name with its current management.
