Campus Crest Communities, Inc. Declares Dividend of $0.16

Campus Crest Communities, Inc. CCG today announced that its Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share. For the fourth quarter of 2010, the dividend payout will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, due to the timing of the closing of the Company's initial public offering on October 19, 2010. Shareholders of record on December 29, 2010 will receive a pro-rated dividend of $0.127 per common share, payable on January 12, 2011.
