Uralkali is a Russian potash supplier, and is part of the potash cartel that controls the worlds supplies of potash. This should benefit other potash names like Potash Corp. POT, Mosaic MOS, as well as nitrogen and phosphate names like CF Industries CF and Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P. TNH.
