Moody's Corporation Declares Dividend of 11.5 Cents

On December 14, 2010, the Board of Directors of Moody's Corporation MCO declared a regular quarterly dividend of 11.5 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable March 10, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2011.
