FedEx To Acquire Mexican Delivery Company, MultiPack

FedEx Corp.FDX announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire MultiPack, a Mexican domestic express package delivery company. The transaction is expected to close in the second calendar quarter of 2011, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
