Ex-Dell Employee Says He Leaked Inside Information (DELL)

A former Dell Inc DELL Global Supply Manager told a judge at his federal plea hearing that he leaked inside information to clients of Guidepoint Global LLC. The employee, Daniel DeVore, also said that he leaked confidential information to Primary Global LLC and Vista Corp. DeVore pled guilty to fraud charges on December 10. Guidepoint Global is a New York based consulting and research firm.
