Acorn Energy Announces $4 Million Common Stock Offering at $3.50/sh

Acorn Energy, Inc. ACFN announced today that it has entered into purchase agreements with investors for the sale of 1,150,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the purchasers of $3.50 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $4 million.
