Best Buy Eliminating Restocking Fees (BBY)

Best Buy BBY announced that it is eliminating restocking fees, according to CNET. Best Buy eliminated most restocking fees on returns this past Saturday. The retailer will still charge a restocking fee on special order items, a whopping 25 percent. Cutomers who were charged restocking fees will get a refund. They were originally charged a 15 percent restocking fees on most items in the store, but only 10% on Apple's AAPL iPhones. "Best Buy continually listens to our customers, and they told us they want to give confidently this holiday season and every other day of the year--and with that comes easier returns," the company said in the statement.
