Dell Inc. Chairman buys 7.37 Million Shares of DELL

In a Form 4 filed earlier today, Dell Inc. DELL Chairman of the Board, Michael Dell, reported that he bought 7,370,000 shares of DELL on December 17th for an average price of $13.57.
