CSC Announces Acquisition of CenTauri Solutions

CSC CSC today announced that it has acquired CenTauri Solutions, LLC. The company, based in Alexandria, Va., provides information technology systems and services, systems engineering and intelligence analysis, as well as intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance solutions that serve the national security and intelligence communities. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
