Allied Irish Bank AIB received a huge capital injection from the Irish government, as the bank is effectively insolvent at this point. The Comcast CMCSA NBC Universal deal won't close this year, due to regulatory issues brought up by the FCC. The U.S. filed a case with the WTO yesterday, accusing China of subsidizing the production of wind power equipment.
