Jones Soda Co. Announces $2.0 Million Financing

Jones Soda Co. JSDA today announced that, on or about December 29, 2010, it expects to close the sale of 1,783,481 shares of its common stock to Glengrove Small Cap Value, Ltd. for gross proceeds of approximately $2.0 million, or approximately $1.12 per share.
