China set its 2011 first round of rare Earth exports at 14,446 Tons, which is about 10% lower than last year's 16,304. This is a boon for rare earth stocks like Molycorp MCP, Rare Element Resources REE and China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources Inc. SHZ.
