Health Management Associates, Inc. HMA announced today that a subsidiary has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 140-bed Riley Hospital, located in Meridian, Mississippi to Anderson Regional Medical Center, also located in Meridian.
The transaction is expected to be completed as of December 31, 2010.
