Regional Banks Moving Again (KEY, ZION, FITB)

The financial stocks have been moving sharply higher as we close out 2010, and regional banks have started to lead the way, with Keycorp KEY and Zions Bancorp ZION being at the forefront of the lead. These stocks have moved recently after Marhsall & Isley MI was bought by Bank of Montreal BMO recently for $4.1 billion. Names like KeyCorp, Zions Bancorp, and Fifth Third Bancorp FITB were all up over 2%, as they continue to move higher. Fifth Third and Zions have seen shares climb 25% in the past month.
