Carolina Trust Bank Announces Underwriting Agreement

Carolina Trust Bank CART announced that it had entered into an underwriting agreement with McKinnon & Company, Inc., for the sale of approximately 312,000 shares of common stock sold in a community offering and approximately 1,588,000 shares of common stock sold in a public offering. Shares were sold at $3.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $5.7 million.
