Sony SNE filed a lawsuit against LG, saying LG is infringing on Sony's patents on mobile phones. It's a good thing LG isn't infringing on Sony's ability to lose relevance is most markets. Then it would really have an issue. J.P. Morgan JPM is being sued over partaking in a Ponzi scheme that defendants claim the bank knew about. Yea. I think it's called the fractional reserve banking system. Pretty sure all banks partake in it.
