China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. Launches $30 Million Service Contract

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 7, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. CCTR today announced the launch of a $30 million service contract in China and expected revenue growth in the second half of 2009. In 2008, the Company reported over $40 million in profitable revenue from its operations in China. Senior Management was in Shanghai this week for the launch of the $30 million contract signed with Beijing Chuangzhitongda Technology Development earlier this year.

Shanghai Summit Webcast

In conjunction with management's Shanghai Summit meetings, the Company released an on-demand Webcast with a review of Company progress year-to-date and the outlook for the remainder of 2009. The Webcast includes a discussion on the anticipated increase in both revenue and net income and the expected increase in earnings per share in 2009. In 2008, the Company reported over $40 million in profitable revenue. Additionally, the Webcast includes a review of the benefits of recently announced contracts.
