World Fuel Services Acquires the Hiller Group

World Fuel Services Corporation INT announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, World Fuel Services, Inc., has completed the previously announced acquisition of The Hiller Group, Inc. and certain affiliates. The transaction is expected to be $0.05 to $0.07 accretive to earnings in the first twelve months.
