Platts Completes Acquisition of BENTEK Energy

Platts, a leading global provider of energy and metals information and a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. MHP, today completed for an undisclosed cash sum its acquisition of BENTEK Energy, LLC, a privately held energy market analytics company headquartered in Evergreen, Colorado. The acquisition was first announced on December 14, 2010.
