FMC Corporation Announces Executive Leadership Placements

FMC Corporation FMC has announced new executive leadership assignments for the company's specialty and industrial chemicals businesses, effective immediately. D. Michael Wilson was named president, Specialty Chemicals Group, which includes the FMC BioPolymer and Lithium divisions. Wilson will also have responsibility for the company's corporate environmental group and corporate sustainability initiative. Wilson was most recently vice president and general manager for the FMC Industrial Chemicals Group. Mark A. Douglas was named president, Industrial Chemicals Group, which includes the FMC Alkali Chemicals, Peroxygens and Foret divisions. Douglas will also have responsibility for corporate engineering services, procurement and international development. Douglas was most recently vice president for global services and international development. Milton Steele will continue his current executive leadership role as president of the Agricultural Products Group. Dave Kotch, chief information officer, was also named a vice president. Karen Totland was elected as an officer by the FMC Board of Directors and will serve as vice president for global procurement.
