Money is continuing to move into the financial sector on Wednesday led by Bank of America BAC which has added 1.54% to $14.45 after Goldman Sachs GS advised clients to buy $16 call options on the name. Citigroup C is also notching nice gains, rising 0.82% to $4.94.
The big brokers, Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley MS, have added 0.52% and 0.14%, respectively. The Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF XLF has gained 0.77% to $16.40, outpacing the gains in the broader market.
