Agree Realty Acquires Fee Interest in Shelby Township Walgreens

Agree Realty Corporation ADC today announced it has acquired the fee interest in the land underlying its Walgreens store located at the intersection of Van Dyke and 26 Mile Road in Shelby Township, Michigan. The cost of the land was approximately $2,200,000.
