AIG AIG is going to pay $450 million to settle a lawsuit regarding workman's compensation issues. President Obama appointed William Daley to be his new chief of staff, in a move many see as being business friendly. A Massachusetts court ruled against banks ability to foreclose because the banks didn't show they owned the mortgages. This hit shares of Bank of America BAC, Wells Fargo WFC and other mortgage issuers.
