Citi's Close Above $5 Is Important

Citigroup's

close above $5 is very important, says Joe Terranova on CNBC's Fast Money. Terranova said that with the close above $5, institutional investors are able to leverage it up and buy it, and this should push the name higher tomorrow. Shares of Citigroup gained 14 cents today to close at $5.08, a gain of 2.8%.
