LECG Elects Alison Davis to Chairman of the Board

LECG Corporation XPRT announced today that Alison Davis has been elected as Chairman of the Board of LECG, replacing Garret Bouton who, as previously disclosed, retired on Dec. 2, 2010, the date of the firm's annual shareholder meeting. Board member John Hayes also retired on that date. The firm's board now consists of three outside members, Ms. Davis, Ruth Richardson, and Michael Dunn; in addition to Christopher Gaffney, a managing partner with Great Hill Partners, which owns 40% of the firm's outstanding stock, and CEO Steve Samek.
