Comcast, NBC Universal Deal Close To Completion (CMCSA, GE)

As Benzinga wrote about this morning, the FCC has approved the Comcast CMCSA NBC Universal GE deal by a 4-1 vote. Shares of CMCSA are up 18 cents today to $22.90, a gain of 0.8%. Shares of NBC Universal parent, GE are down 17 cents to $18.65, a loss of 0.9%.
