TD Ameritrade Chief Operating Officer Leaving Company

TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation AMTD today announced that David Kelley, chief operating officer, decided to leave the company after five years to pursue other opportunities. “Dave has made a significant contribution to TD Ameritrade over the past five years and we wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Fred Tomczyk, president and chief executive officer. “He has built a strong technology and operations platform for the company and we are in a good position to transition and increase focus on our front end technology. Dave also built a strong team beneath him, and we are confident they will continue to execute and successfully deliver on our key priorities and objectives.”
