UGI Reports Q1 EPS of $1.01

UGI Corporation UGI today reported net income attributable to UGI of $113.1 million, or $1.01 per diluted share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2011 ended December 31, 2010, compared to $98.4 million, or $0.90 per diluted share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2010. Results for the quarter include approximately $9.4 million, or $.08 per diluted share, related to the reversal of a previously reported reserve related to French competition authority proceedings following a final decision in the matter dismissing all charges against Antargaz.
