Artesian Resources Corporation Declares Dividend of 18.92 Cents

Artesian Resources Corporation ARTNA announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend on the company's Class A and Class B Common Stock. The quarterly dividend of $0.1892 is payable on February 18, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2011. This is the 73rd consecutive quarterly dividend paid to shareholders.
