Agree Realty Announces Acquisition of AT&T Store for $3.3M

Agree Realty Corporation ADC today announced it has acquired a retail property net leased to AT&T T located at the northwest corner of New Centre Drive and South College Road in Wilmington, North Carolina. The cost of the acquisition was approximately $3,300,000. The newly constructed AT&T store opened for business on November 24th, 2010. The base term of the lease is 15 years.
