HCP Increases Quarterly Dividend to $.48

HCP HCP reported that its Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.48 per share, compared with $0.465 per share in the previous quarter. The annualized rate of distribution for 2011 is $1.92, compared with $1.86 for 2010, which represents a 3.2% increase.
