HMO stocks such as United Healthcare UNH, Aetna AET and Wellpoint WLP are spiking on news that a U.S. judge has ruled that "Obamacare" is unconstitutional. If overturned, this would be a huge boon for Republicans, who have run on the premise that they would try to remove Obamacare.
