Rudolph Technologies Reports Q4 EPS of $.36 vs. $.31

Rudolph Technologies, Inc. RTEC today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year end of 2010. Fourth quarter revenue of $54.0 million marked seventh consecutive quarter-over-quarter increase. Fourth quarter GAAP earnings per share of $0.30 and non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.36 were records for the year. Operating margins continued to expand, leading to 18 percent or $9.6 million net after tax earnings, an all-time quarterly earnings record for the Company.
