There Have Been 20 Secondary Offerings Over The Last 2 Days

This is one of the busiest weeks as far as the secondary offering is concerned. Monday and Tuesday have seen 20 offerings either hitting the market or planning to hit the market.

• Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals Inc ARWR raising $45 million by pricing 7.63 million shares at $5.90 a share. Following the news, the stock traded up by $0.24, or 4.07 percent, to $6.12.
• BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. BMRN prices 7.5 million shares at $96 a share to raise $720 million. The stock traded down by $3.52, or 3.57 percent, to $95.50.
• ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Ltd IMUC is raising $7.4 million by pricing 47 million shares at $0.16 a share. Shares are trading down by $0.063, or 32.6 percent, to $0.129.
• B&G Foods, Inc. BGS priced its 3.75 million public offering at $49.0 a share. The stock is trading at $48.80, down $2.29, or 4.48 percent.
• NRG Yield, Inc. Class C NYLD announced At-The-Market equity offering of $150 million. Shares of the company shed $0.57, or 3.21 percent, at $17.20.
• Quotient Ltd QTNT priced its 3.22 million public issue at $5.50 a share raising $17.7 million last week. On Tuesday, the stock traded up by $0.26, or 4.17 percent to $6.50.
• SM Energy Co SM upsized its public offering to 16.0 million shares at $30 per share for gross proceeds of $480 million. The stock is traded at $30.53, down $0.51, or 1.64 percent.
• Towerstream Corporation TWER is planning $20 million share offering. The stock is down by $0.17, or 6.25 percent, to $2.56.
• Fox Factory Holding Corp FOXF is planning 3.5 million secondary public offering. Shares of the company traded down by $1.13, or 5.6 percent, to $19.01.
• Wingstop Inc. WING priced 6.0 million public offering at $29.25 a share. The stock is trading up by $0.59, or 1.94 percent, to $30.67.
• Phillips 66 Partners LP PSXP prices its 6.0 million public offering at $50.22 per unit. The unit is trading down by $3.01, or 5.75 percent, to $49.30.
• Dominion Resources, Inc. D priced its 25 million equity units at $50 per unit. The unit would consists of a contract to acquire shares in the future and two 1/40 undivided beneficial ownership stake in subordinated notes of $1,000 principal amount. Shares of the company lost $0.50, or 0.67 percent, to $74.49.
• Trinseo S.A. TSE announces 8.0 million shares offering from selling shareholder. The stock is trading down by $1.08, or 2.10 percent, to $50.43.
• Fibrocell Science, Inc. FCSC reveals convertible debt and warrant financing of a maximum of $25 million. Shares of the company are trading $0.18, or 18.40 percent, to $1.19.
• Pattern Energy Group Inc. PEGI announced bought-deal public offering of 10.0 million Class A Common Stock at $23.90 a share raising $239 million. The stock shed $1.10, or 4.42 percent, to $23.67.
• Acadia Realty Trust AKR discloses 4.2 million share sale. The stock is trading down by $0.06, or 0.17 percent, to $36.21.
• VTTI Energy Partners LP VTTI priced its 5.25 million share offering at $19.30 per share. Shares of the company shed $2.10, or 10.14 percent, to $18.61.
• Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. ACAD plans $200 million worth public offering of its shares. The stock is trading at $33.97, down $1.26, or 3.58 percent.
• United States Steel Corporation X announced its 17.0 million public offering of shares. The shares of the company shed $1.28, or 4.92 percent, at $24.56.
• Bancorp Inc TBBK priced its 7.56 million shares at $4.50 a share. It also announced 40,000 preferred stock Series C. It would raise a total of about $74 million. The stock is trading down by $0.12, or 2.38 percent, to $4.93.
