Julian Assange Could Be Extradited Back To Sweden

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is
going back to court today,
to decide whether he should extradited to Sweden to face sexual assault allegations. Yesterday Geoffrey Robertson, the lawyer for Mr. Assange, said that if extradited, Assange would be subject to a "flagrant denial of justice." Robertson described this as, "blatantly unfair, not only by British standards but by European standards and indeed by international standards." "You cannot have a fair trial where the press and the public are excluded from the court," Robertson said. The founder of WikiLeaks has been accused of sexual misconduct by two women during a visit to Sweden last year.
The Guardian
has been providing a live blog on the hearing.
