Vulcan Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Shares

The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials Company VMC at a regular meeting held today declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on its common stock payable March 10, 2011, to shareholders of record February 25, 2011.
