Both OEM and after-market battery sales could see a big boost this year driven by two factors: cold weather and mild-hybrid or start-stop technology, Wunderlich Securities reports.
“Johnson Controls Inc.'s JCI guidance for the Power Solutions segment is for 11% to 15% revenue growth,” Wunderlich Securities writes. “We believe growth may reach 18% or more driven by those factors. We are reiterating our Buy rating on JCI shares and our $45 price target.”
Johnson Controls closed Friday at $41.41.
