EnPro Industries to Acquire the Mid Western Companies

EnPro Industries, Inc. NPO announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire the Mid Western companies, privately held businesses primarily serving the oil and gas drilling, production and processing industries of Western Canada. The company expects to complete the Mid Western acquisitions for cash before the end of the first quarter of 2011; terms were not disclosed.
