Jefferies, which raised its PT on shares of Oil States International OIS, is providing some color on the stock.
“We expect strength in North America, growth in the high margin Accommodations business following the addition of ‘The MAC' in Australia and Mountain West, and rising offshore activity to bolster earnings,” Jefferies writes.
“OIS reported 4Q adjusted EPS of $0.94 versus our $0.86 estimate, the $0.89 consensus, $0.88 in 3Q10 and $0.78 last year. 4Q GAAP EPS was $0.82.
“Our $90 price target is based on sum-of-the-parts analysis using 2012 EBITDA estimates for each business segment. Primary risk is a material change in commodity prices, which could impact E&P spending and the demand for OIS' products and services.”
Oil States International closed Friday at $74.65.
