Benzinga looked around to list this holiday season's best toys.

1. Spin Master's Hatchimals

Canadian toy maker Spin Master's Hatchimals are being sold off like hot cakes this holiday season. The toy line launched October 7, 2016, and is an innovative creature living inside eggs that will hatch under the care of its owner. Once hatched, it would be cared for by the owner. Priced at $59.99, the toy also courted controversy recently, as parents reported non-hatching Hatchimals, disappointing kids.

2. Disney Princess Carriage Ride On

The elegant pink carriage, designed by Dynacraft, is meant to carry the little princess off to the ball or to her next big adventure. The coach is designed with graphics of Walt Disney Co DIS princesses, gold accents, working doors and ornate interior details. It also features a detachable "wear and share" tiara, heart-shaped steering wheel and luxurious curtains.

3. Speak Out Game

Hasbro, Inc. HAS's Speak Out, priced at $19.99, is a ridiculous mouthpiece challenge game. Players try to say different phrases while wearing a mouthpiece that won't let them shut their mouth as the rest of the team tries to decipher what the phrase is. The Speak Out game includes 200 double-sided cards, five mouthpieces and a timer.

4. Barbie's Hello Dreamhouse

Mattel, Inc. MAT's iconic Barbie collection got a tech makeover with the Barbie Hello Dreamhouse. It is supposed to work on voice commands. However, some buyers have reported technical glitches that couldn't be solved.

5. Xbox One/Xbox One S

Microsoft Corporation MSFT's latest iteration of gaming consoles, namely the Xbox One/Xbox One S , is now being promoted with an offer of a free gift if purchased before the end of the year.

6. PlayStation VR

The PlayStation VR from the stable of Sony Corp (ADR) SNE is said to offer the immersive experience you get with Facebook Inc FB's Oculus Rift or HTC's Vive but at an affordable price.

7. 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare'

Activision Blizzard, Inc. ATVI's "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," which launched on November 4, 2016, can run on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This is a first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity War for Activision

8. 'Battlefield 1' And 'Titanfall 2'

Electronic Arts Inc. EA's "Battlefield 1" and "Titanfall 2", which have been heavily discounted, are also making a splash.
